Briony Greenhill

Briony Greenhill is a teacher, performer and facilitator of vocal improvisation and play. She's co-creator of Oakland's Body Music Lab, a founding member of The Elements vocal ensemble, and founder of the London Vocal Improv Collective. Briony has studied with Bobby McFerrin, Rhiannon, and at the London Guildhall. She's been a performing vocalist since the age of 11, and has been leading singing workshops for eight years, with everyone from East Oakland 6th graders to Pepsi executives. Originally from England, a grant brought Briony to California to study with Rhiannon, and now she likes it too much to go home.

Spencer has spent time outdoors his whole life studying the patterns of nature and connecting to the energy of place. He is the principal consultant and designer of  Revive Holistic Design, a design/build company  devoted to creating  modern, vibrant places for inspiration that are in tune with natural systems. He graduated from Pomona College's Environmental Analysis program where he studied natural sciences, art, and philosophy. After years in the sciences, he's become fascinated with how we as a culture can turn on our intuition through connecting with nature, movement, and each other, coming into alignment with who we are on a deeper level. Spencer is a guitarist and poet, who performed as a hip hop MC in college and loves music of all kinds.
